Sweet Dreams is a carefully curated blend of Clary Sage, Lavender, Neroli and Geranium, expertly blended for optimum therapeutic benefits – aiding relaxation, easing tension, relieving stress and promoting restful sleep.

Clary Sage is well known for its ability to ease anxiety and calm the mind. Its natural sedative properties give you the calm, peaceful feeling you need to fall asleep. It is renowned for balancing hormone levels and is proven to be particularly effective at balancing oestrogen levels

Geranium is very effective for relieving anxiety. It is proven to help balance hormones and promote good mental health and wellbeing

Lavender is well known for its therapeutic properties to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve sleep quality

Neroli is distilled from the flower of the butter orange tree. It’s beautiful floral scent is calming and relaxing and it’s therapeutic qualities can help alleviate mood swings and anxiety often associated with peri menopause and menopause

Our luxury reed diffusers are handmade using the highest quality essential oils.  The diffuser base is paraben free and vegan friendly, as well as being phalate and cruelty free.

How to use

Your reed diffuser comes with 5 x aesthetically pleasing thick black fibre reeds.  Remove the black screw cap of the diffuser bottle and carefully pull out the travel plug, then replace the screw cap.  Insert the reed sticks as desired.

Your reed diffuser will fill your room with a beautiful fragrance for 16+ weeks.  For the best performance and consistent fragrance, flip the reeds once a week.  Always wear gloves to handle the used reeds.  It will take 24 – 48 hours for the reeds to fully absorb the fragrance and fill your room with beautiful scent.

Natural soy wax

Our soy wax candles are hand poured in small batches in our studio in Shepperton.  By only pouring in small batches, we ensure an even distribution of fragrance to the very bottom of the candle.

All our candles and melts are made using 100% sustainable soy wax. All our Aromatherapy Candles are made using the highest quality essential oils. We ensure all our products are paraben free, phthalate free, sulphate free, cruelty free, vegan friendly and eco friendly.

Candle Care…..

• Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick to at least a quarter of an inch.
• On the first burn, ensure you burn your candle long enough, so the melt pool covers the whole surface area of the candle. This stops a “memory ring” from forming and helps to reduce tunnelling.
• Do not burn your candle for longer than four hours and wait at least two hours before relighting.
• Do not allow your candle to burn all the way down to the base.
